Buying from Auction.com, too risky?

Does anyone have experience buying from Auction.com? There are a few properties on there but all owner occupied? One has a case pending... is this risky?  How would I take possession and get the tenants out?

@Cade Andersen If you do not have experience purchasing occupied foreclosures I would highly recommend against it until you have more experience. Truth is, when you buy an occupied foreclosure things can go about six different ways of which most of them are not a good outcome for you as the new  owner.
