In being in the mortgage business i get a lot of people wanting to put title in their personal name. At the same time there is a nice request to put all rentals under 1 LLC entity. What is your thoughts ?
Hello Michael! Usually, its the financers who require you close in your loan in your personal name. That's fine, just do a transfer right after closing and make sure you can legally do that. You should never want to take any personal liability. Good luck to you!
