How to close a deal
Hey everyone, i am brand new to wholesaling any help would be appreciated. So I have done quite a bit of research and believe i am ready to drive for dollars tomorrow. Extremely excited, and the same amount nervous. It seems like no matter how much i research i always find holes I’m unsure about. As far as a property being absentee owner, code violation, probate, or tax delinquent, is it all going to be under the same contract? If not does the title company give me different contracts for different circumstances.
