Dead Leads? Lack of Equity?

I'm curious to know what you do with your dead leads? How often (or percentage) of your leads turn out to be dead?

Mainly, how often do you throw out your leads because there isnt enough equity in the house to make a good profit!?

As someone who wants leads that most REI's cant or wont use because there isnt enough equity, Im curious to know how many leads you come across where the homeowner is motivated, but there just isnt enough equity to pursue the deal?
