Motion to Vacate Final Judgement of Foreclosure

Posted

I just purchased a property at a county auction in Volusia County, FL. Property was previously sold at county auction back in May of 2016. More than month later July 2016 1st lien mortgage holder (bank) starts foreclosure proceedings on the owner and Plaintiff failed to perform due diligence in completing a gap title search, thereby failing to name new party to this proceeding, with the Lis Pendens being recorded on July 22, 2016.

If the "Final Judgment of Foreclosure" is vacated do I get paid/ reimbursed for repairs done on the home? If so, what's the process?
