My grandma has Power of attorney
The buyers will have an FHA loan
Realtor thinks I will still need to go to the embassy to get deed and such notarized
Is this accurate? I gave my grandma power of attorney and had it notarized before I left. Why can’t she do all of the signatures for the transaction?
