Tips for getting in touch with investors for wholesale homes?

Hey, I've got a property under contract for a good price and I'm now trying to get it passed along to an investor. I've done the basics for getting it out there, but I was wondering if there were any tips or resources I might not be aware of for getting in touch with local investors. Perhaps some database or social network dedicated towards connecting investors and wholesalers?

Thanks in advance.

Also disclaimer for the one guy that goes on every wholesaler post to comment passive-aggressive vitriol, practice thinly veiled name-calling, and just be generally toxic and unhelpful: chill guy, you're doing nothing but wasting your own time.

It's tough being an unlicensed broker! Deceive sellers. No ability to advertise the property. Fraud and scammer exit clauses.
