Looking for a starting point

Hello Everyone, I'm very new to investing in properties, but this is something that I want and I'm willing to learn by any means necessary. I'm located in Savannah Ga. and I'm assuming the housing market is doing pretty decent here because I constantly see new subdivisions being built, now I don't have much money but I can probably put my hands on from 50k to maybe 100k, I just need some direction, can someone tell me where to find a list of investment properties or can send me a list of investment properties in my area? just need some meaningful advice.
