As an investor, agent or wholesaler what do you need from a budget other than just the numbers? Pictures, plans, material options, and neighborhood pics come to mind. What more can I offer? What more will a remote investor need? Thanks for your time and feedback everybody :) Have a good one!

Hey everyone! I should introduce myself :) My name is Ree. I'm a licensed contractor in the Detroit Metro. I'll be here through November then headed down south for the winter and back in for projects starting in the spring. Over the next few years (or less) I will be turning my focus to working as a contractor with real estate investors of all stripes. I hope this will be a solid education while get prepared to dive into some properties of my own.
