Bigger Pockets approved mortgage lenders or Private lenders?
Which one would be the better choice if I wanted to purchase either an apartment building or a small multi-family apartment that is producing income? Just curious. I have peeked at the Bigger Pockets approved lenders located in the network category at the top of the page but never really looked into it.
