Investing in Pittsburgh,Pa
Hello everyone. I have started looking at the Pittsburgh, PA market. I am open to investing in residential (SFR to 4 family) or commercial (small apartment complexes up to $500k). I am open to JV as well.
The problem I have is that I don’t know the areas too well. Looking for A-B, C+ class properties. Want to stay away from the high crime areas as I am remotely managing.
I am not looking for a turnkey provider. Is there anyone that knows someone who can guide me about the areas and connects with folks that can help with the rehabbing of a property if needed?
