Baltimore County foreclosure proceeding, next steps?

I have a contract on a foreclosure in Baltimore County, Md. that was purchased at auction, assigned by a wholesaler, and am wondering what may be next. I looked up the court case and the most recent activity after many steps was a "Line Requesting Ratification". Am I correct in assuming that this is the last step in the process assuming things go smoothly in terms of the court ratifying the sale? The house is no longer occupied though it still contains possessions. As the buyer is there anything I need to do after the court ratifies the sale prior to taking possession and cleaning the place out? This is my first foreclosure so any information is appreciated!
