HOAs Banning Rentals
I just came from the annual HOA meeting for where I live. Most of the time went to an excited presentation of the activities the HOA has been taking to ensure investment rentals are generally not allowed in the neighborhood. (They called it "protecting property rights" which I'm not sure I follow, but that's a different discussion)
Are you all seeing any movement or a trend in this direction out there? Is it a concern to you at all?
