Hello I am a wholesaler in D.C. I was wondering is wholesaling in DC dead? We put in about 10k calls, text messages, email and voice mail drops into different types of DC lists( vacant lists, post office vacant lists, expires, withdrawns, absantee owners.

After 365 days we have not landed one deal in DC. Is wholesaling in DC dead ?
