Hello! Need a closing quick. I'm a nobody at this title company and they've indicated they'll close when they care to close. I have no weight. Advice?
They ignore emails, reply with 'will get back to you' etc... Simply 'switch to another title company' is a little late in the process at this point. Small town, two title companies, I picked the wrong horse.
