Live in flip advice and suggested criteria
Hey everyone, I am on the hunt for a live in flip in the Fort Walton Beach and Destin areas with a two car garage. When it comes to flipping houses, i know there is the standard 70% rule, but is there a general investing rule to follow when looking for a live in flip? What criteria should i look to meet and what are some of the best way to find these deals. I have been driving for dollars, but havent had much response from the cold calls. I also have been looking through wholesalers for a BRRRR deal as a way to have a no to low money down financing option. Any advice helps! Thanks
