Property in Colombia

Hello all,

My girlfriend is trying to sell a property in Colombia and I was going to try to list it in the marketplace here. It seems that you can only list properties in the USA and Canada.

Is there a way to list her property here? Do you have any other tips for getting a property sold in another country?

Thanks for the help!

Chris

Hey Chris, look into MLS in Colombia such as Finca Raiz. You may be better off contacting a real estate agent. You will eventually need to hire a lawyer in Colombia as well. Do your due diligence on that to make sure you find a reputable lawyer for the transaction. All the best!
