Orlando Multifamily needed ASAP

My Toronto investor owns many homes on Orlando and lives there every year from December until March. She needs a class c Multifamily property in a class b are with upside potential for 1 to 1.5 million please?  She is also interested in buying more homes in Orlando but I want to find her the Multifamily property too.
