Any Consultants for helping remove the property from FEMA Flood

I am buying a property and the seller told me that the property didn't had flood in last 30 years. I also see other properties in neighborhood is not in flood plain. 

Any suggestion or help in anyone knowing the process who can help or knows any consultant who can do this for a fee. 

Property is in Township of Hamilton in State of New Jersey.
