I'm currently reading "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" by Mr. J Scott in order to learn more about the topic so I can be more efficient at analyzing potential deals. I have experience in construction and remodeling so I do have a general idea of how much individual projects can cost. 

How detailed of a repair estimate price for a deal do home flippers like to see?
