Kansas City Area - Looking for good house inspectors

New user here so sorry if this is not in the correct location or maybe its not even allowed but I'm looking to purchase a house in the Kansas City area (Blue Springs) to slightly rehab and then rent out.  I want to find both a good home inspector and also someone who can check out the foundation (there was a repair done and I want to make sure there are no issues).  Can anyone give recommendations - again sorry if this is not allowed.
