Better late than never
Hello BP nation. I am 47 y/o and just starting in real estate. I have an above average income and good credit. I have been to a RESPONSE workshop that showed basics of investing. I have decided that rental properties are the way to go for me. I am looking to connect with people who could teach/mentor or maybe just offer some encouraging words of advice. Especially from anyone who has experience with private/hard money lenders...thanks in advance!!
