Any restrictions on selling leads to agents?

Hi all;

I'm working out a marketing deal with a real estate agent where I send her leads from various sources. Usually I charge per lead or per sale, but this is restricted in some industries (for example, you can't sell leads to doctors).

Does anyone know of any lead selling restrictions on RE agents? Can a non-agent charge a percent of their commission?
