Buying an FSBO house
Hi! Just wondering, if I buy a house from an unrepresented seller, is it fair to ask the seller to pay for the buyer’s agent’s commission? And if not, should I pay the whole 6% or just the 3% (the usual rate they get splitting with the listing agent) that’s due for my buyer’s agent? Thank you.
