203k with a Mixed Use Building

Hi All,

Has anyone done a mixed use 203k recently? I spoke to a lender this evening who tells me he hasn't done one for about a year and is unable to push mixed use 203k standard loans through now. Does anyone have any insight here? Dont think it matters but I am in Philadelphia PA.
