Invest in Current Home or Rental?
Hello. My husband and I purchased a home 5 months ago that needs some updating. We purchased the home before we began considering real estate investing seriously. As we begin considering our options, we cannot determine if we should flip our home over the next two years or purchase a rental property and start there. We have 3 kids and purchased in a highly desirable area. Does anyone have any thoughts? Flip or purchase a rental?
