Closing on deals in Ga.
Hey everyone,
I'm new to the real estate game and after doing some research I found that you can't close with a title company in Ga. You have to do it with a real estate attorney, is that true? And if it is, I am located in Clayton county (about 30 minutes from Atlanta) and was wondering if any locals or previous locals could recommend a good attorney I can go speak with and show all my contracts and what not to. I will be wholesaling and want to learn everything I can and can't do in Ga. I heard I can go to REIA meetings and get recommendations but I currently work in the film business so 14 hours everyday of my weekdays are spent on set (and some weekends) and it'll be a long time before I can make it to one of the meetings and I'd like to get everything started asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
