XOME.com: Question about the process
My buyers want to make an offer on a home listed by Xome. The home was listed today and instructions state use auction process on site, yet the home is not listed in their "auction" category with auction date and bid button. It simply states "for sale." The listing agent is not available and customer service isn't open until Tuesday. Am I missing something? Anyone with experience on Xome that can see my error? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
