@Larry Trevino @Mitchell Benson - We are in Montgomery Co also and new to investment real estate. Have you all had luck finding a realtor to work with? We have yet to find an investment friendly realtor. 

@Candice Paine what do you need a realtor to help you do?

@Mitchell Benson Negotiate/communicate with listing agents, show properties, help locate properties, etc. Normal things a realtor would do. Should I not be using a realtor? 

I am in Montgomery as well. We should all get together at B-52 sometime.
