I recently found a deal in Springfield, Ohio. Working to close on the properties but am looking for a portfolio lender in the Springfield, Ohio area. Currently have terms from a bank but trying to see if there are better terms out there, since they seem rather high.
Darren Carey it's a big lender here in Dayton. He is co-owner of Dayton capital partners. He would be my first call. I'm an investor in Springfield. I would also be interested in a partnership.

@Julian Mills What is the ARV and expected loan amount? Smaller loans generally will have high percentage rates and fees because the administrative work is the same for a larger loan balance. Depending on your parameters, I can forward some options.
@Dave DeMarinis The ARV is 185-190k and am looking for around 150k for the loan.
