Would love to hear from the BP community what your number one recommended book for real estate or general finance would be?

I am a heavy reader and am looking for some new content to kick off 2020. In case you are interested, my answer (so far) would be, The Millionaire Next Door. I read it once every year. What a fantastic perspective on prioritizing positioning yourself for the future (and creating a lasting net worth) over keeping up with the Jones's and having to work to maintain a lifestyle (typically built to maintain an image to project to others).
