Florida Wholesale Leads List?
How are you Floridian investors/wholesalers pulling lists from listsource.com?
I ask because I know many properties are seasonal and not owner-occupied. So that list won’t work.
I’m moving to Florida and looking to wholesale, so any advice on that market is much appreciated!
