hello, i am trying to sell my house, for sale by owner FSBO. I have properties in FL and AL. They are valued less than 50k.

Can i sell my property without a closing attorney or do I need a closing attorney to make the sale complete?

Where do i download the FSBO Real Estate Purchase agreement forms?

I don't live in AL of FL, i live on the west coast. Do i choose Real Estate Purchase agreement contract form from the state that i live in or do i choose the Real Estate Purchase agreement contract form from the state of AL,FL where the properties are located?

If i find a buyer that is from IN, then what state do use for purchase agreement contract?

If every answered topic were to be removed, then I don't think there would be any topics on this website for people to see lol, sorry just found that to be funny.

But anyways your question is a really good one and if u found the answer that you are looking for then maybe you can share it on here so that people that come across this topic in the future can learn from it as well.
