Home warranty is it worth it?

Derek Levi
Posted

Trying to decide if I need a home warranty. Home was build in 1954, it is need of the wiring to be redone and possible leaking pipe in the bathroom, but other than that it’s in pretty good shape.....

What do y’all think?

Replied

Been asked 100 times. Still no. They plan to pay for all the repairs and still make money. Sometimes they deductible you to death, or they just decline the repair or just delay until you pay someone else to fix it.

It’s been sold as a tool to make first time home buyers feel warm and comfy.
