74% of Millinials surveyed plan to buy a home within 5 years

In our National builders monthly magazine there was an article on the millennial buyers.. It seems many folks think millennials are going to be life long renters.. National builders association survey's say the opposite.

so the theme of the article is what needs to be done from a builder perspective to attract this massive buying pool as they move out of rentals into their own homes.

Smart appliances ,  all sorts of other smart products for the home.. the article said those buyers will expect these upgrades or standard features.. I know on our 90 homes we are just starting to go vertical on in Oregon we are exploring all these new gadgets etc. 

Our product wont be too much geared for Millennials as its a move up product but in our starter stuff we are for sure looking at these items. 

Plus the bigger nationals builders and their analyst predict strong 2020 and beyond.  In many markets there is still a shortage of inventory.
