Submit a letter with your offer

In the blog post and book on rental property investing, Brandon talks about submitting your offer with a letter.  Have you utilized this in your own offers and what has the results been? 

I'm writing my own letter(s) is see I'll need more than one.  Because at times I'll give two offers.
