Investing in Turkeys in Indiana
Hello BP Nation, I'm new to RE investing but have been learning a lot from this forum and podcasts.
I'm an out of state investor, preparing to invest in Indiana.
Have been wondering if turkey SFHs ($150k+) are worth investing with 9% ROI? Anyone who has been doing it there and like to share some experience? I'm just a bit nervous to start with buying independently and rehab. But would like to do that.
