Buying and renting out a condo

Hi!

I’m starting to find out if buying and renting out a condo makes sense. I have started to look in my area with the hoa very low(under $100 a month) and the return is pretty good. Is it worth to rent out condos or too risky with hoa? Trying to find people that currently buy and rent out condos.
