reselling foreclosed land
This may not be an opportunity, but wondering if anyone has any experience reselling foreclosed land to end buyers?
My literal question: I found land offered by my county that did not sell at foreclosure auction so is offered for resale. If one is selling below market, is it possible to essentially wholesale these to an investor or builder? Does anyone have experience doing this?
