Property Taxes listed at $2 in DFW

$2 yearly property taxes: I've come across this on multiple properties in DFW. What gives?

@Laura Hunt I don't know why I just assumed you meant $2k! Sorry about that. On that house, it looks like the current owner (who lives there) is actually paying $117.00 because they have a homestead exemption and a disabled person exemption. If you were to purchase as an investment, the property taxes would increase since you'd lose those exemptions. You should budget for your purchase price times 2.74%. Could be that others you see have similar exemptions which are causing the taxes to be very low, but you can confirm at dcad.org
