Flipping houses in Vermont?

Does anyone here flip houses in VT? I'm trying to understand the taxes involved in flipping a house in VT, i read through the .gov documents on it, but I'm not familiar enough to make total sense of it.

So basically my question is, if I buy a house in VT, total investment 50k and sell within 1 year for 100k, what taxes am i looking at. I'm from MA if that makes a difference.
