vacation rental financing with 10%
Hello Folks, So i was listening to this recent BP podcast interviewing a lady who ran a successful vacation rental business , in the podcast she mentioned that you could get a vacation rental investment loan to purchase a property with 10% down? I am surprised , does anyone know a lender who does that ? and whats u r thoughts?
