Looking for a realtor/investor in GA. Need advice.

I want to buy my first rental property, but have no experience. I read and seen videos saying that it’s good to find a good realtor that also invests in real estate. I have a couple of places in mind that I’d like to buy in. I just need someone to talk to that’s in the area that knows what a good deal is and everything that has to do with going thru the buying process.
