My name is Anat, I am a part of Investment group, from Israel. 

We had done a deep research, and we selected Indianapolis as the city we would like to invest. This year we plan to buy 2 properties. I am going to use the strategy buy and hold for rent.

I am looking for an experience real estate agent. To be my boots on the ground. Someone who has experience in these kind of deals in Indianapolis, who knows the market there, who has  connections for deals in and off the market.
