How to find Buyers for raw land in Idaho?
I've come in contact with an Idaho property owner with 100 acres of land for sale. He is highly motivated to sell the land. He owns 400 acres, 300 acres is under development already and the other 100 acres are for sale in 20 acre parcels. There are 4 parcels. He's selling price is $10K per acre. I'm trying to find developers and builders in Idaho and the surrounding states that would be interested in buying. My issue is how do you find the motivated buyers for rural land? What strategies are the best for talking to buyers to make them interest in the land? This area of real estate seems to be a little different than the strategies used in selling homes and commercial properties.
