Hi all,

I'm trying to get started with BRRRR strategy out of state where I have a best friend who runs the property management side of a fairly large real estate operation. He has connected me (we haven't spoken yet) to a friend he grew up with who he knows flips homes with his wife and has done so quite successfully over the past few years. The wife is a real estate agent and she lists their homes once completed. I haven't done a flip or BRRRR deal yet and am trying to think of something I can give in return for some guidance from them and list of resources he currently uses or a way we can partner at least to get my feet wet. Would love to hear some suggestions from you all!

Considering you are out of state, you probably aren't going to partner with this person unless you bird dog for them.  I'd come up with a good list of questions you have and just ask, because this isn't likely to be an ongoing business relationship unless you bird dog, the flipper may just talk with you no strings attached.
