Hi guys! Are there / what are - some at-least-B locations in the Charlotte metropolitan for 150k to 200k SFH? I'm looking for little to even cashflow. Any info is appreciated.

I agree with Raul. 28262 and 28213 are good. Would also try 28215 and Steele Creek area which is 28273, 28278. If you spot anything and want some rent comps PM me the address and I can help.
