A Better Deal Analysis
Hey everyone, I am in the process of finding my first deal and a little stuck on finding the comps and estimated ARV of the house. I have read all of the bigger pockets books, and I feel confident calculating the renovation costs, but it seems like I spend so much time looking around to calculate each potential properties ARV based off the comps. Does anyone have a suggestion how I can do this faster or know of any tools?
