Hi everyone, 

I am looking to buy a freestanding one-tenant commercial real estate in Jacksonville,FL. I am not familiar with Jacksonville therefore I would like to get some insight about the location, market potentials etc. from people who are experts in the area. 

Any advice and tips would be appreciated!
