Wholesaling in a Recession
Hey Neighbors- I am looking to get into wholesaling around the DFW-Texas area in the coming years. I can't help but be a little hesitant in starting out with talks of another housing bubble and that terrible "R" word, recession, looming once again. I'm hopeful some of you pros and vets who were wholesaling from around 2007-2012 could share your thoughts and advice for a beginner looking to get started. Thanks!
